All freight charges are to be paid by the customer. Please select your preferred shipping option on checkout. Where a custom freight selection is made, freight charges will be worked out and added separately and must be paid before your order is dispatched.
From time to time, we offer promotional 'Flat Rate' freight options for orders with a total shipping weight under 80kg.
These flat rates are valid only when ordering with a shipping destination within Australia. When promotional periods are finished, freight will revert
to the rates of our carrier.
For all international orders, please select a custom freight option.
Delivery times will vary depending on your location. Please allow up to 5 working days for remote areas.
Heiniger Australia accept no responsibility for loss, damages or delays in delivery time occurred after the goods have been dispatched from our warehouse.
Tracking is available on individual request. If you require tracking information, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org and you will be provided with a consignment note number.

Payment is required upfront at time of order for all retail customers. Professional Groomer customers may access a credit account upon successful credit application or can pay upfront at time of order.

Returns may only be made if approved by Heiniger in writing prior to return. Authorised returns must be freight prepaid by the Customer. Heiniger will credit returned goods only if they are, in Heiniger's opinion acting reasonably, in a saleable condition upon return. Heiniger reserves the right to charge a handling charge equivalent to 10% of the price of goods returned payable on the Payment Date or as otherwise notified by Heiniger to the Customer in writing. Acceptance of the returned goods by Heiniger shall not constitute any acceptance of any claim.
Any refund will be made, where possible, using the method of payment for the original order.
In the event of a major fault a full refund will be provided.
The Customer must inspect the goods immediately upon delivery and must, within 7 days from the date of despatch of the goods to the Customer or its agent, give written notice to Heiniger of any matter or thing by reason of which the Customer alleges that the goods are not in accordance with the Contract. If the Customer fails to give such notice then the goods will be deemed to have been accepted by the Customer and the Customer must pay for the goods in accordance with the provisions hereof.
Progroom.com.au offers preferential wholesale pricing to approved Pet industry & Grooming businesses with registered ABN or registered breeders with an ANKC number. Please register on the link at top of this page to apply. Upon approval of your application you will receive account login details and be able to obtain products at the discounted rate.
